The difference in battery percentage between pickup and return. For example, if the car is picked up at 80% battery and returned at 60%, the difference fee is 20 x 1,500 VND = 30,000 VND.

Only applies when the vehicle stays at the station beyond the free window after charging. Unplug at 90% to avoid it. VinFast charges the renter directly. 1,000đ/min (from min 61: 2,000đ; from min 121: 4,000đ), capped at 1,000,000đ.
