Terms of Service

By accessing or using QuickCar's electric vehicle rental services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickCar Vietnam ("QuickCar," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To rent a vehicle from QuickCar, you must meet the following requirements: • Be at least 21 years of age • Possess a valid driver's license (Vietnamese license or International Driving Permit) • Provide a valid government-issued identification document • Have a valid credit or debit card for payment and security deposit • Complete our verification process, including document upload • Not have any pending traffic violations or license suspensions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or fails our verification process.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. When you make a booking: • You agree to pay all rental fees, including the daily rate, insurance fees, and any additional charges • A security deposit may be required and will be held until the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition • Payment must be made through our approved payment methods (credit card, debit card, or approved e-wallets) • Prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated Booking confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS to your registered contact details.

When using a QuickCar vehicle, you agree to: • Operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all Vietnamese traffic laws and regulations • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear • Keep the vehicle clean and free from excessive dirt or debris • Not smoke or vape inside the vehicle • Not transport pets unless in appropriate carriers and with prior approval • Charge the vehicle as needed and return it with at least the same battery level as pickup • Report any damage, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately • Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes

QuickCar provides basic insurance coverage for all rentals, which includes: • Third-party liability coverage as required by Vietnamese law • Basic collision damage coverage with applicable deductible You are responsible for: • The deductible amount in case of any damage or accident • Any damage resulting from negligence, reckless driving, or violation of these Terms • Traffic fines and penalties incurred during your rental period • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle Additional insurance coverage options may be available at the time of booking.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: • Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time - full refund • Late cancellation: Within 24 hours of pickup time - 50% refund • No-show: No refund if you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice To modify your booking: • Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments • Modifications must be made at least 12 hours before the original pickup time • Shortening the rental period after pickup may not result in a refund • Extending your rental is subject to availability and will be charged at the current rate

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your rental and potential legal action: • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Using the vehicle for racing, competitions, or performance testing • Subletting or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle • Using the vehicle to transport hazardous materials • Taking the vehicle outside the permitted geographical area without prior approval • Using the vehicle for illegal activities of any kind • Tampering with the vehicle's GPS tracking or safety systems • Overloading the vehicle beyond its stated capacity • Towing or pushing other vehicles

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services: • We encourage you to first contact our customer service team to attempt resolution • If informal resolution is not successful, disputes may be submitted to mediation • Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Vietnamese law • Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith before pursuing formal legal action You may contact us at: legal@quickcar.vn or through our customer support channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Da Nang City, Vietnam. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
