Where are you located?

Our main office is located at 123 Nguyen Van Linh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang. We're open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
What vehicles do you offer?

We exclusively offer VinFast VF5 Plus electric vehicles. These are modern, 5-seater electric cars with up to 300 km range.
Do you serve tourists?

Yes! We specialize in serving tourists with English support, easy documentation processes, and tourist-friendly service.
How do I book a vehicle?

You can book through our website or mobile app. Select your dates, choose a vehicle, upload documents, and pay to confirm your booking.
Can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes may be subject to availability and price differences.
What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No refund for no-shows.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and complete document verification.
What is included in the rental price?

The price includes vehicle rental, insurance, 24/7 support, and free charging at our locations. You pay only for extra charging elsewhere.
Are there additional fees?

Additional fees may apply for late returns, damage, traffic violations, or extending your rental beyond the original period.
Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for weekly rentals, monthly rentals, and early bookings. Check our Pricing page for current promotions.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and digital wallets (Momo, ZaloPay).
How do I charge the vehicle?

VinFast VF5 Plus uses standard charging ports. You can charge at our locations for free, or at public charging stations across Da Nang.
What is the vehicle range?

The VinFast VF5 Plus has a range of up to 300 km on a full charge, more than enough for daily driving in Da Nang.
What if the battery runs low?

Contact our 24/7 support immediately. We'll guide you to the nearest charging station or provide roadside assistance if needed.
Is insurance included?

Yes, all rentals include comprehensive insurance covering damage, theft, and third-party liability.
What documents do I need?

You need a valid driver's license and ID card (passport for foreigners). Both must be uploaded during booking.
Do I need an international driver's license?

Foreign tourists need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license and passport.
How do I upload documents?

Upload clear photos of your documents during the booking process or in your account dashboard after signing up.
What if my documents are rejected?

You'll receive an email explaining why. You can resubmit corrected documents within 48 hours. Contact support if you need help.
