You receive a confirmation email that includes the pickup location and the name and phone number of the staff member handling your handover.
Free cancellation with a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before pickup. Cancelling within 48 hours of pickup forfeits the deposit (no refund). No-show without notice is non-refundable.
Changes depend on availability and may change the price. Modifications must be made at least 12 hours before the original pickup time. Shortening the rental after pickup may not be refunded. Extensions depend on availability and are charged at the current rate.
Yes. Bookings that fall on Saturday or Sunday require a minimum rental of 36 hours. For example, picking up at 8:00 AM Saturday means the earliest return is 8:00 PM Sunday.
VF3: 416,000đ/day (Mon–Thu), 490,000đ/day (Fri–Sun). VF5: 520,000đ/day (Mon–Thu), 650,000đ/day (Fri–Sun). Prices are per 24-hour period.
Booking involves two separate amounts:
• A 20% advance payment of the booking value — paid now to RESERVE the car. The remaining rental balance is paid at pickup.
• A 3,000,000đ refundable security deposit — paid AT PICKUP and returned when you return the car (5,000,000đ if traveling outside the Da Nang–Hue area).
Note: the 3,000,000đ is NOT the reservation payment. To reserve, you only transfer the 20% in advance.

Late returns are charged by the car's hourly rate: 120,000đ/hour for VF3 and 150,000đ/hour for VF5. If you are more than 8 hours late, a full extra day is charged instead.
Yes, if the car is returned dirty or smelly. Cleaning fee: 70,000đ (heavy dirt, mud, sand). Deodorizing fee: 300,000đ (strong odors such as cigarette smoke or strong-smelling food).
Yes. The standard asset security deposit is 3,000,000đ. If you travel outside the Da Nang–Hue area, the security deposit is 5,000,000đ.
There are two separate amounts. 1) Booking deposit = 20% of the booking value, transferred when you book to reserve the car. 2) Asset security deposit = 3,000,000đ (5,000,000đ if traveling outside Da Nang–Hue), paid on pickup and refunded when you return the car. Once our staff finish inspecting the car and find no damage, we create the security-deposit refund. It's usually quick — within about 1 to 2 hours.
Yes, we deliver and collect the car at Da Nang Airport for 75,000đ per trip (each drop-off or pickup).
One rental day is a 24-hour period starting from when you pick up the car. For example, pick up at 9:00 AM and return before 9:00 AM the next day.
No. There is no limit on kilometers or on the number of charges.
Yes. Charging is free at all VinFast charging stations during your rental period.
Return the car at the same battery percentage you received it to avoid a difference fee. If lower, the difference is charged at 1,500đ per 1%. Example: pick up at 70%, return at 50% → 20% × 1,500đ = 30,000đ.
Within Central Vietnam only. To the north, not beyond Nghe An; to the south, not beyond Dak Lak.
