Delivery & Pickup Policy

QuickCar's delivery and pickup service currently operates within Da Nang City only. Customers can choose to: • Pick up the vehicle at the QuickCar office • Have the vehicle delivered within Da Nang City We do not support delivery or pickup outside of Da Nang City.

Vehicle delivery and pickup are carried out during QuickCar's operating hours. • Operating hours: 7:00 - 21:00 (24/7 support via hotline) • Customers must schedule delivery/pickup in advance via the app or hotline • Exact delivery/pickup time will be confirmed upon booking QuickCar does not support delivery or pickup outside of operating hours.

Delivery and pickup fees are calculated based on the distance from the QuickCar office to the delivery/pickup location. • Pickup at office: Free • Door-to-door delivery: Fee depends on distance The delivery fee will be clearly displayed during the booking process before order confirmation.

During vehicle handover, both parties will: • Inspect the vehicle condition (exterior, interior, battery level) • Sign the vehicle handover document • Document any existing damage before acceptance Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the vehicle before signing. After signing, the customer assumes responsibility for the vehicle condition throughout the rental period.

During vehicle return, both parties will: • Inspect the vehicle condition (exterior, interior, battery level) • Sign the vehicle return document • Document any damage incurred during the rental period Customers must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges as per our policy.
