Refund Policy

QuickCar offers flexible cancellation options to accommodate your changing plans: • Free cancellation: Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund • Late cancellation (12-24 hours before pickup): 50% refund of the rental fee • Last-minute cancellation (less than 12 hours before pickup): 25% refund of the rental fee • No-show: No refund if you fail to pick up the vehicle without cancellation To cancel your booking, you can: • Use the cancellation option in your QuickCar app or account • Contact our customer service team at support@quickcar.vn • Call our hotline at +84 236 123 4567

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances: • Cancellation within the free cancellation window • Vehicle unavailability on our part • Technical issues preventing vehicle access or operation • Documented mechanical problems not caused by the renter • Service failures directly attributable to QuickCar Refunds will NOT be issued for: • Personal emergencies or schedule changes after the cancellation window • Traffic conditions, weather, or other external factors • Failure to meet rental requirements (ID, license, age) • Rental period not fully utilized due to early return • Damage, accidents, or violations caused by the renter

When you are eligible for a refund: • Full refund requests are processed within 1-2 business days • Partial refunds are processed within 3-5 business days • Funds typically appear in your account within: - Credit cards: 5-10 business days - Debit cards: 5-10 business days - E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay): 1-3 business days Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If you don't see your refund within 14 business days, please contact us.

A booking is considered a no-show when: • You do not arrive at the pickup location within 2 hours of your scheduled time • You do not contact us to cancel or modify your booking • You fail to complete the pickup process (ID verification, payment, etc.) No-show consequences: • No refund of any fees paid • Your booking will be automatically cancelled • Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions If you are running late, please contact us immediately. We may be able to hold your reservation or adjust the pickup time.

Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances: • Early return: If you return the vehicle early, you may receive a partial refund at our discretion, minus a processing fee • Service disruption: If our services are interrupted due to our fault, a pro-rated refund will be calculated • Vehicle substitution: If we provide a lower-tier vehicle due to unavailability, the price difference will be refunded Partial refunds are calculated based on: • The unused rental period • Applicable processing fees • Any discounts or promotions applied to the original booking

A security deposit is required for all rentals: • Deposit amount: Typically 2,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND depending on vehicle type • Payment: Held as a pre-authorization on your payment method • Purpose: Covers potential damage, traffic fines, or excessive cleaning fees Deposit release: • If no issues: Released within 7 business days after vehicle return • If charges apply: Deposit minus charges released within 14 business days • Traffic violations: May be held up to 30 days to allow for fine notifications You will be notified of any deductions from your deposit with detailed explanation.

How refunds are processed: • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking • We cannot refund to a different card or account • Refund amounts are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) • Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount for international cards To check your refund status: • Log into your QuickCar account and view your booking history • Contact customer service with your booking reference number • Allow 3-5 business days after refund initiation before inquiring
